TOC, COD, and SAC analyzers assess organic loading in surface water, municipal wastewater, and industrial wastewater. Total organic carbon, chemical oxygen demand and spectral absorption coefficient were measured. Measure at the outlet to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Measuring at the inlet, the analyzer helps to avoid peak loads and optimize process control. how to select sum parameter products
high-precision analysis is required,TOC and COD analyzerscan provide "true" TOC and COD values,
-
Compliance with the limits set by the Water Authority
-
calculation of the purification capacity of sewage treatment plants
-
Ensuring industrial emissions charging in accordance with the polluter pays principle
selected for surface water and river water monitoringSAC probe. This is also a correct choice when COD and TOC equivalent measurements need to be carried out economically in municipal wastewater treatment plants without significant fluctuations.
Potassium dichromate COD analyzer
Chemical oxygen demand is the amount of oxygen required to completely oxidize all oxidizable species in a sample. When determining COD, it is necessary to heat the sample and add a digestion agent to the sample. The color of the sample changes after digestion. The degree of color change is proportional to the carbon compound concentration. A photometric measurement is carried out and the final value is determined on the basis of a preset absorption curve.
TOC analysis using a high-temperature combustion analyzer
analyzer detects CO based on thermal catalytic combustion and NDIR (non-dispersive infrared technology)2products. Measured by two interrelated loops. In the liquid loop, the water sample is acidified to remove inorganic carbon (gas stripping). The water sample then flows through a filter to separate the particles. Subsequently, the water sample flows into the furnace for combustion. CO determination by NDIR detector after combustion gas cooling2concentration.
spectral absorption coefficient analysis using ultraviolet (UV) sensors
many organic substances absorb ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 254 nm, the analyzer is based on this principle. The ultraviolet beam emitted by the stroboscopic light source is divided, directed through different filters, and then received by two receivers. One detector measures the light intensity at the measurement wavelength (254 nm) and the other at the reference wavelength (550 nm). The measurement result is the ratio of the two measurement wavelengths and is converted to a SAC value based on a preset calibration curve.
