1. The working principle of the ultrasonic flowmeter: The ultrasonic flowmeter is a non-contact flowmeter. When the ultrasonic wave propagates in the fluid, its propagation speed is affected by the flow rate. By measuring the propagation speed of the ultrasonic wave in the fluid, the fluid can be detected. The flow rate is converted into the flow rate. Taking the widely used time difference ultrasonic flowmeter as an example, when the ultrasonic wave propagates in the fluid, the propagation speed in the downstream direction will increase, while the propagation speed in the countercurrent direction will decrease, that is, the same propagation distance will have different propagation times. Then, the flow rate is calculated by using the relationship between the difference between the propagation speed and the flow rate of the measured fluid.

two, ultrasonic structure: ultrasonic flowmeter is generally divided into field sensor (probe), transmission cable, display host three parts. Its sensors are external clamp type, plug-in type, flange type (pipe section type), and the display host is divided into fixed type and portable type.

3, ultrasonic flowmeter installation requirements: need to select a certain length of straight pipe section, that is, select the fluid distribution of uniform pipe section, in order to reduce the measurement error.
