3. Before using the new LDO probe, first install the sensor cap on the probe and then install the light shield. A probe without a sensor cap must not be inserted directly into the water sample for measurement.
4. After the new instrument is powered on for the first time, the instrument display requires a probe to be connected. At this point, press the instrument option key to set the date and time of the instrument, and then connect the new probe to the instrument.

(I) sample measurement
The sensor cap calibration data of the LDO dissolved oxygen probe is already included in the button cell ibutton, so the user can start the measurement directly without calibration. Put the probe into the water sample and press the green key directly to read out the data (II) probe calibration.
If the user wants to calibrate the probe himself, a user method can be set up to calibrate it. After the calibration, the user can use their own calibration data for measurement, you can also select the instrument default calibration data for measurement. Press the instrument option key, select "LD0101 method>Save Current method As" in the displayed menu, and select a new method name (such as method 1) for saving. Then press the instrument option key, select "LDO101" in the displayed menu, and select the calibration data as "User", so that the instrument method>Mlodify Current Method>Calibration calibration can be performed.
The water-saturated air method is usually selected for probe calibration. Prepare a glass bottle that can be inserted into the LDO probe, add a small amount of water, and after full shaking, insert the LDO probe into the bottle so that the probe sensor cap cannot touch the water surface. Press the blue key and calibrate according to the on-screen instructions.

The probe sensor cap needs to be replaced once a year to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data. The newly ordered sensor cap will have a button cell ibutton with calibration data. After the sensor cap and button cell are replaced at the same time, the sample measurement can be performed again. (IV) other operations

4. Instrument Maintenance and Precautions
1. The probe sensor cap needs to be replaced once a year to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.
2. After the measurement, clean the LDO probe in time, dry and save.
3. Do not use sharp objects and organic solvents when cleaning the LDO probe, otherwise it will cause the fluorescent layer of the sensor cap to scratch or fall off, making the probe unusable.
