The Ceraliquid CPS41D is a high-performance digital electrode for demanding conditions, low-conductivity media and highly concentrated organic solvents in the chemical industry. Even in applications with rapidly changing media, the fast response of the electrode ensures high process safety. With Memosens digital technology, the CPS41D offers maximum process and data integrity combined with simple operation. The electrode is corrosion-resistant and moisture-proof, and supports laboratory calibration and device pre-maintenance.

Benefits

Continuous KCl electrolyte replenishment and a separate reference lead give the electrode its poison-resistant properties

With KCl electrolyte, can measure media with very low conductivity (= 0.1 µS/cm)

Suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning

Perfect for applications with rapidly changing media: the combination of liquid KCl electrolyte and ceramic diaphragm shortens the response time

Non-contact inductive signal transmission ensures maximum process safety

Stores sensor characteristic parameters for predictive maintenance
