The Batch Controller RA33 is designed to record flow and control output signals for valves and pumps to ensure the exact dosing of predefined batch quantities. The measured volume can be corrected with the temperature/density compensation function. The filling process can be optimized with an automatic or fixed after-run correction. Mineral oils can be corrected according to the ASTM D1250-04 standard.

Application
The RA33 batch controller records flow rates and controls valves and pumps via output signals, ensuring that the preset batch quantities are dosed accurately. The measured volume can be temperature/density compensated. The filling process can be optimized by automatic or fixed post-run correction. Mineral oils can be corrected in accordance with the ASTM D1250-04 standard.

Used for recording and controlling slow batching operations with a duration of more than 10 seconds. Typical applications include the following industries:
