Field of application
The online measuring device Teqwave MW 300 enhances sludge treatment in wastewater treatment plants through real-time total solids measurement using microwave transmission. This enables faster and more efficient process optimization and reduces laboratory measurements. Continuous data availability improves solid-liquid separation, increases operational safety and enables rapid response to process changes. Typical sludge treatment applications include clarification, digestion and dewatering.

The space-saving compact transmitter Proline 300 is designed with a high degree of flexibility to meet various operational and system integration requirements. It offers access from one side, remote display and enhanced connectivity. For easy operation and to provide additional process and device information, it is equipped with a built-in web server and optional integrated WLAN.
