MM1
Mechanical reset diaphragm metering pump
- Flow range: 3-530 liters/hour, maximum pressure 12bar
- liquid contact end: PVDF, PVC, SS316L (pump head),PTFE (diaphragm), EPDM or FPM (sealing ring) and ceramic and stainless steel (valve ball)
- MM1 series and MM2 series have very similar features and functions, but the flow is slightly smaller, the maximum flow rate is 530 liters/hour, the maximum pressure is 12bar, slightly higher than the MM2 series.
- Kosmo series was developed with great attention to durability, chemical compatibility and stability. It adopts a variable eccentric structure and the PTFE diaphragm is directly connected to the mechanical moving part, making it possible to flexibly use the power of the motor during the suction and discharge phases, so it can even be applied under high suction head conditions.
- The mechanical parts are lubricated by oil bath, and the main moving parts are connected by bearings to avoid overheating as much as possible, reduce noise, and extend the life of the pump
