1.1 to connect CCS140/141/240/241 residual chlorine and chlorine dioxide sensors

1) Attach the corresponding wiring diagram provided randomly to the connection terminal 2) The residual chlorine or chlorine dioxide sensor is an integrated cable, with green connecting to 11 terminals, black connecting to 12 terminals, K connecting to 90 terminals, red A connecting to 91 terminals, and shielding connecting to S terminal 3)pH sensor measurement and reference signals are connected to "pH" and "REF" terminals respectively: brown equipotential line is connected to "PA/PM" terminal. 4) Marked "NC" and unmarked terminals are not connected 5)220VAC power supply is connected to L1 and N terminals: 24VDC power supply is connected to + and-terminals.
6) The first current output (residual chlorine or chlorine dioxide) is connected to terminals 31 and 32, and the second current output (temperature or pH, optional) is connected to terminals 33 and 34. The current output is an active output.

1.2 connection CCS120 total chlorine sensor

1) Attach the corresponding wiring diagram provided randomly to the terminal. 2) The total chlorine sensor is TOP68 connector without cable, and CPK9-N * A1B cable shall be selected for use. Yellow and white are connected to terminals 11, white is connected to 90, black is connected to terminals 12, green is connected to 85, and brown is connected to 86. The shield is connected to the S terminal. 3) Marked "NC" and unmarked terminals are not connected. 4)220VAC power supply is connected to L1 and N terminals: 24VDC power supply is connected to + and-terminals. 5) The first current output (total chlorine) is connected to terminals 31 and 32, and the second current output (temperature, optional) is connected to terminals 33 and 34. The current output is an active output.
Note: ensure that all cable plugs are tightened and sealed.

3.1 Sensor Settings

press the "E" key and enter the password "22". Select the corresponding sensor in the "A1" menu under the "SETUP 1" menu.

4.2 PH compensation settings

If the system has a pH sensor, select Auto from the "B2" menu under the "SETUP 2" menu.

If the system does not have a pH sensor, select Manu from the "B2" menu under the "SETUP 2" menu.

and enter the pH value of the actual water sample "B3" under the "SETUP 2" menu.

3.3 Range Settings

under the "Current Output" menu, set the corresponding range of 4-20mA. The current output channel is selected in 01, and OUT1 and OUT2 are selected when the instrument is output in two channels, and the next item is directly entered when the instrument is output in single channel. OUT1 serves as the current output for chlorine; OUT2 serves as the current output for temperature or pH.

3.4 instrument reset

the "S9" menu under the "Service" menu, select "Facty" to reset the transmitter.

4 Calibration

press the "CAL" key and enter the password "22". Complete slope calibration under the Calibration menu 1) Enter the value of CI2 measured by the laboratory in the C11 menu and press the "CAL" key
2) Automatically enter the "C13" menu after stabilization, and display the slope after calibration 3) Press the "CAL" key "C14" menu to display the calibration pass or report suppression 4) Press the "CAL" key "C15" menu to select whether to save the calibration data, give up or recalibrate.

6. Maintenance of sensors

(1) If the diaphragm is contaminated, clean the sensor (2) Replace the electrolyte every quarter or every year, depending on the working conditions. (3) Replace the diaphragm regularly, and the interval depends on the working conditions. (4) Calibrate the sensor when necessary

6.1 cleaning sensor

1) Remove the sensor from the flow-through holder. 2) Gently rinse with tap water, or soak in 1-5% hydrochloric acid for a few minutes.

6.2 replacement of membrane head and electrolyte

1) Unscrew measuring chamber (pos. 1). 2) Unscrew the diaphragm cap at the front end (position 3) and replace the diaphragm (position 2)
3) Add 7-8ml of electrolyte to the measuring chamber until the liquid level reaches the internal thread of the measuring chamber. 4) Put the measuring chamber on a flat desktop and knock it a few times to remove bubbles in the electrolyte. 5) Screw the measuring chamber full of electrolyte onto the sensor. Excess electrolyte will flow out.

Attention:
The life of the electrolyte is 1 year, and the yellowing electrolyte cannot be used.
Please tighten the electrolyte bottle to prevent the remaining electrolyte from being oxidized.
