The Tank Side Monitor NRF590 is a sensor integration and monitoring unit for bulk storage tank gauging applications. It can be used with Micropilot radar or Proservo level gauges and can be combined with other HART compatible devices to communicate tank sensor data to a control host. Various selectable alarms and outputs.

The NRF590 tank side monitor, as a sensor integration and monitoring unit, is suitable for large-volume storage measurement applications. It can be used with the Micropilot radar level instrument or the Proservo level gauge, and can also be connected to other HART-compatible devices, thus transmitting the data obtained by the tank sensors to the control system. In addition, it offers various optional alarm outputs.

Advantages
Can serve as the power supply and communication unit for the Micropilot radar level instrument and the Levelflex guided wave radar level instrument
Up to 6 HART devices can be connected over two-wire lines, e.g. with the Prothermo average temperature meter and Cerabar/Deltabar pressure/differential pressure transmitters for measuring HTMS density.
Backlit LCD graphics display; operation via 3 optical keys
User-friendly interface with multiple language options
Interface for connection to the Tankvision tank inventory control system
Can communicate with PLC, DCS and SCADA systems

Complies with a wide range of industrial standard communication protocols, including:
- Sakura V1;
- EIA-485 Modbus;
- Whessoematic WM550;
- BPM (compatible with Enraf systems).

Application
The NRF590 tank side monitor, as a sensor integration and monitoring unit, is suitable for large-volume storage measurement applications. It can be used with the Micropilot radar level instrument or the Proservo level gauge, and can also be connected to other HART-compatible devices.
