Liquiline CM42B is a high-performance transmitter for demanding processes. It is suited for hazardous areas, hygienic environments and limited spaces.

CM42B single-channel or dual-channel transmitter (with one reference connection), two-wire field device for use in hazardous and non-hazardous areas of the chemical, life sciences, and food & beverage industries

  • Higher process safety and shorter production interruptions: Memosens digital technology enables safe digital data transmission and high availability of measured values. Precalibrated sensors are plug-and-play, reducing the production downtime required for sensor calibration.

  • Seamless system integration: The Liquiline CM42B uses HCF-certified HART communication for easy and safe integration into process control systems.

Field of application

The Liquiline CM42B reliably outputs high-precision pH, ORP, conductivity and dissolved oxygen measured values under demanding conditions. Intuitive on-site operation and device configuration with a Bluetooth interface; by installing the SmartBlue app, detailed measuring point information can be viewed on mobile devices. Based on a unique security concept, Bluetooth wireless communication is safe and reliable, without risk of data leakage or loss. Various device versions are available to flexibly match diverse installations.

The Liquiline CM42B transmitter can be used under demanding conditions in the following industries:
