The Memosens CPS12E is an all-round digital ORP electrode. It measures reliably under demanding conditions or in hazardous locations. The ORP electrode has a long service life, low maintenance and high cost-effectiveness. The Memosens CPS12E uses Memosens 2.0 digital technology, supports extended data storage, saves calibration and process parameters, and serves preventive maintenance and the IIoT. Memosens supports plug-and-play sensors for convenient operation and longer process uptime
Advantages
Robust ORP electrode with low maintenance: large-area anti-fouling PTFE diaphragm protects against medium contamination. Long poison diffusion path protects the reference electrode against poisoning.
Suitable for demanding applications: gold electrode for measuring oxidizing media, platinum electrode for measuring reducing media. Glass electrode with strong chemical stability. The electrode measures stably at process absolute pressures up to 17 bar (246.5 psi).
Memosens 2.0 technology supports storing a large amount of calibration and process parameters in the sensor. Serves the IIoT and preventive maintenance strategies.
Non-contact inductive signal transmission for very reliable measuring results and greater process safety.
Laboratory sensor calibration and fast sensor replacement in the field minimize production downtime and reduce operating costs
