some customers ask us after purchasing E H products, do new products need to be calibrated?
In general, customers will mainly encounter the following situations:
1, E Hprobe, such as PH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, ORP,COD, etc., are calibrated when they leave the factory and do not require users to calibrate them twice. If the customer feels that it is not allowed to change the new probe, we suggest to remove the calibration data of the old probe before the user changes the new probe, because some calibration data are written in the transmitter. After the new probe is replaced, the data of the old probe is not cleared. When the transmitter is calculated, it is still calculated according to the data of the old probe, so the measured results are certainly not allowed.
2, E H new factorylevel gauge, this needs to be calibrated. Because the empty bid and the full bid will be different due to the situation on the spot, if the situation on the spot is ideal, just set the empty bid and the full bid. If it is not ideal, you need to do some false signal suppression. Please refer to the manual for specific methods. In addition, the capacitance level gauge must be calibrated on site. The calibration steps are not complicated. Please refer to the manual for customers.
3, E H other products, suchpressure, temperature, these new factory products are calibrated and tested, and do not require users to calibrate separately. The need for calibration occurs when the equipment has been used for a long time or the original measurement has been replaced. However, this calibration needs to go to a special place, and ordinary users generally do not have the conditions for calibration.
4, E H'sflow meteralso does not need to be calibrated. It has been strictly calibrated when it is newly manufactured. If the customer feels that it is not allowed, he needs to go to the technical metrology supervision bureau in each province or city to calibrate it. Especially when it comes to handover and supervision, the parameters related to flowmeter calibration cannot be changed casually.
