E H instrument is a precision product. During daily use, pay attention to correct maintenance to ensure its performance. Proper maintenance requires the following:
1. Always check and maintain the appearance of the instrument, ambient temperature, humidity, dust, corrosion, temperature rise, vibration, and whether the installation is reliable;
2. For flameproof instruments, the junction box and observation window cannot be opened during power-on maintenance. When the cover needs to be opened for maintenance, the power supply must be cut off first, and live work is not allowed;
3. No sparks shall be generated during maintenance. The test instrument used must be a flameproof instrument or an intrinsic safety instrument that has been identified to avoid inducing sparks or leading excessive voltage to improper parts.
4. For water analysis instruments such as PH,ORP, turbidity and COD, it is recommended to maintain and calibrate according to the on-site use conditions. Please treat the maintenance period differently according to the use environment. The use of the environment is better, can be maintained once a month, the environment is bad, it is recommended to maintain half a month or a week.
