Solicap FTI77 is a partly insulated sword/rope probe for point level detection of fine-grained to coarse-grained bulk solids. It offers maximum reliability due to its active build-up compensation and is suited for a wide range of applications thanks to numerous certificates and approvals. Due to its robust construction, it can also be used in applications with very high lateral loads (up to 800Nm, sword version), high temperatures and abrasive media.

The Solicap FTI77 partially insulated rod/rope probe is used for limit detection of fine and coarse bulk solids. Thanks to its automatic buildup compensation, the probe offers maximum measurement reliability, has obtained various relevant approvals and permits, and has a wide range of applications. Its robust design allows high-accuracy measurement under extremely high lateral loads (maximum load of the rod sensor: 800 Nm), at high temperatures and in abrasive media.

Application

This compact transmitter is suitable for limit detection of high-temperature bulk solids and can operate in minimum or maximum fail-safe mode. Its robust design allows high-accuracy measurement under extremely high lateral loads (maximum load of the rod sensor: 800 Nm) and in abrasive media. The integrated automatic buildup compensation ensures safe switching even where the medium is prone to buildup.
