Liquiline System CA80SI provides precise online analysis of silica and helps protect plant equipment from glass-like deposits ensuring optimum performance of turbines and ion exchangers. Its unique combination of peristaltic and high-precision dispenser pumps enables extremely reliable operation and low maintenance. The silica analyzer offers advanced diagnostics and can be easily adapted to your process needs by retrofitting up to 6 channels and connecting up to 4 Memosens sensors.

Protects expensive equipment in power plants: the silica analyzer monitors the silica concentration in the steam-water circuit, effectively preventing deposits on equipment surfaces.

Measurement based on the standard heteropoly blue method, directly comparable with laboratory results.
Maximum reliability: the unique combination of peristaltic pump and high-precision plunger pump provides stable measurement with low maintenance.
Optimized investment: up to 6 sample channels can be selected to meet changing process requirements at any time; connecting Memosens digital sensors allows easy upgrading to a complete measuring station.
Supports digital fieldbuses for seamless integration into process control systems, such as Modbus, EtherNet/IP or PROFIBUS.
In the event of an error, advanced diagnostics and web server remote access enable fast corrective action.
