电导式限位检测

The FTW360 is made for detection of liquids on the suction side of a pump for dry run protection. It operates in all conductive liquids, sludges and pastes that do not form an insulated build-up on the wall of the piping (e.g. oil film). The unit is also suitable for minimum or maximum detection in tanks.

The FTW360 is used for liquid detection on the suction side of pumps for dry-running protection. It can be used with all conductive liquids, sludge and media that do not form an insulating layer (such as an oil layer) on the pipe wall. It can also be used for high and low limit detection in tanks.

 

Advantages

The FTW has a simple construction and is a reliable choice for measuring viscous media. It is equipped with an electronic ring that prevents switch malfunctions caused by conductive adhesion on the pipe wall (e.g. concentrated pineapple juice, apple pulp, pressed beet, etc.). Maximum working temperature 100°C (can also operate normally for 30 minutes during cleaning and disinfection at 130°C), maximum pressure 10bar.

Universal electronics suitable for 19~253V AC and 19~200V DC, with one passive changeover contact output for reliable electrical connection.
